Outdoor advertising, such as billboards, benches, and transient advertising (buses, subways, etc.) is a simple way to increase brand awareness throughout a geographical area. It’s a generally cost-effective way to drive awareness for public issues, such as ballot initiatives. When trying to reach a lower income demographic, or a heavily populated area with mass transit, outdoor advertising can be one aspect of a broader public affairs strategy.
The JVA Public Affairs team recognizes that outdoor advertising is a component, but not the component to a successful public affairs strategy. We will rarely recommend outdoor advertising, as it is not as cost-effective as other methods. However, if outdoor advertising makes sense for you and your campaign, we have the capabilities to design and place media buys as needed.
