TV – As a tried and true advertising method, advertising on TV isn’t going away anytime soon. TV allows you to reach a wide audience while effectively driving up your brand awareness. Especially when working on larger issues such as statewide ballot initiatives, TV is a cost-effective way to drive up brand awareness and oftentimes the primary component in a campaign’s advertising strategy. With the rise of pre-roll ads online, a TV ad can easily work online and vice versa.
JVA realizes TV is not for everyone – although effective, the cost can deter some clients from going all-in on TV. We’ll work with each client to determine if TV makes sense for them, and how to supplement TV buys with direct voter or consumer contact.
Radio – Similar to TV, radio is a form of advertising that is in it for the long haul. While more limited with radio due to lack of visual creative, radio is still highly effective if you are trying to reach a certain geographical region (especially with people who might not be online), or a niche audience. Additionally, radio is much more cost effective in terms of production compared to television.
